Level 3 Electrician - Immediate start - Sheffield based with some travel

Our well established and nationally represented clients are at the forefront of the renewable energy sector. The company are a dynamic established and growing innovator who are seeking an experienced and ambitious individual to join their operations team and help take delivery capabilities to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Install solar PV systems, including panels, inverters and battery storage units in line with technical design specifications and according to industry standards and regulations.

• Ensure all installations comply with UK electrical standards IET Wiring Regulations) and health and safety standards.

• Maintain up to date knowledge or industry technologies and legislation.

• Continuously monitoring and maintaining excellent levels of H&S on site.

• Communicate effectively with clients regarding project timelines, system performance and maintenance needs.

• Provide technical support and guidance to clients, ensuring a positive customer experience.

• Prepare and maintain detailed reports and documentation for installations, maintenance and repairs including compliance checks.

• Assist with the completion of necessary paperwork for permits and grid connection applications.

Candidate Requirements

We are looking for the following skills, knowledge and experience:

• NVQ Level 3 in Electrical Installation.

• 17th/18th Edition IET Wiring Regulations Certificate

• Experience in Solar PV installation desirable.

• Strong understanding of commercial and utilities electrical systems and safety protocols.

• Excellent troubleshooting and problem solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

• Excellent organisational and communication skills are essential.

• Physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

• Must have a full, clean UK Driver's Licence.

• Ideally have an ECS Gold Card
