Role OverviewAs a Teaching Assistant, you will play a key role in supporting pupils both individually and in small groups.
You will help deliver engaging learning activities, adapt tasks to meet individual needs and encourage pupils to build confidence and independence.
The role may also involve supporting personal care, communication development and positive behaviour strategies, ensuring pupils can access learning in a supportive and consistent environment.
Working Hours & PayThis is a full-time position with an immediate start. Working hours are 8.30am to 3.45pm, with some varied end times depending on school needs.
The role offers a competitive rate of £14.25 per hour and provides valuable long-term experience within a specialist setting.
What We’re Looking ForWe are seeking individuals with a genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs.
Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable. You should be patient, adaptable and able to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.
