We are currently looking for an experienced Evening Cleaning Supervisor to oversee a large team of cleaners in Brighton. As a cleaning supervisor you must manage a team of Academics cleaners to deliver scheduled cleaning in allocated buildings to the relevant BICSs standard. You must act as a point of contact for any staff concerns resolving any issues which fall within the scope of the role and referring other matters to the line manager for resolution.

Duties include:

-Managing and controlling the usage of cleaning materials ensuring the timely reorder of stock in line with SEF ordering procedures

-Working with the cleaning manager to ensure that staffs are allocated to buildings to meet service requirements.

-To provide a consistent level of support to staff, conferences and external customers alike.

-To ensure that all paperwork including reports are completed to an acceptable standard and are completed in a timely and to check any paperwork completed by staff for accuracy and completeness.

Hours: 17:30- 02:15 Monday- Friday (45 min unpaid break)

Pay rate: £12.76 p/h (currently under review)
