Job Description: The Marketing Ambassador will write, review and edit advertising and marketing materials with a focus on social media coordination and activities for Total Safety Consulting, LLC (TSC) and its family of companies. This role will work collaboratively with the Marketing Manager to assist in email marketing campaigns, event coordination, promotional activities, business development initiatives and integrated marketing communications strategies. This person will play a pivotal role in growing TSC's online communities to ensure consistency in voice and brand and provide industry related updates in real-time to database.
Job Duties: Understand the goal, audience, and message of a campaign and create copy to suit. Write advertising copy for use by publications and media outlets that promote the sale of all TSC supplies and services. Research, write, edit and proof all levels of copy included headlines and body copy, for all online, offline, external and internal needs. Build and implement social media advertising campaigns that ensure appropriate messaging is executed online, to support corporate goals across: Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Google+ and Issuu. Monitor and respond to comments/posts across all social media channels. Research trends, tools, applications and recommend actions/next steps. Work closely with colleagues across the organization to develop and post content to social networking sites daily using our automation tool, Hootsuite. Provide monthly analytic reports with strategic insights gained from social media monitoring to management. Monitor the company's social media performance usage reports and track search engine optimization (SEO) results and Google Ads pay per click (PPC) campaigns. Use creative thinking to analyze site performance metrics and make recommendations to update content, site design and features to improve effectiveness of web content and/or applications using WordPress. Provide support to other team members for online promotions using Sugar CRM and email marketing tool, Constant Contact.
Job requirements: Excellent written and verbal communication skills (fluency in Spanish preferred). Technical knowledge and understanding of all referenced social media platforms, Google Ads metrics and tracking analytics. Project and event management with stellar organization skills. Learns quickly and able to adapt in a fast paced environment. Minimum 2 years related professional experience with focus on copywriting and social media coordination. 90% onsite with 10% travel for industry related events and business development meetings.
