We are recruiting compassionate, resilient, and enthusiastic graduates to work in a range of specialist settings across West Sussex and Surrey, supporting children with Autism, ADHD, SEMH, and other additional needs as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant.

We cover age ranges from 6 - 18, dependent on the setting you are working in. Whether you're looking for experience in a SEND school, Alternative Provision, or a mainstream setting with a strong inclusion focus, we can help find the right role for you in the classroom.
