Hours: 40 hours per week (Day Shift)

About the Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has opened up for a proactive and safety-conscious Warehouse Operator to join a busy and supportive team at a well-established manufacturing site in Chirnside. This is a hands-on role where no two days are the same – ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to be part of a high-performing supply chain.

The Role

As a key member of the warehouse team, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the safe, smooth, and efficient handling of goods within both internal and external logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safe and efficient operation of forklifts, including unloading raw materials such as wood pulp, chemicals, and packaging supplies
• Loading/unloading of bulk tanks, pallets, and other materials
• Maintaining warehouse areas to high 5S organisational standards
• Generating and managing key documentation, including delivery notes and export paperwork
• Using a computerised warehouse system to accurately log data and support traceability

What We’re Looking For:

• A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck Licence – this is essential
• Strong IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Excel and Word
• Excellent time management, organisation, and communication skills
• Proven ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience is advantageous but not essential
