East London | £45,000 Basic| Van + Fuel Card
Monday-Friday | 1 in 6 Call-Out | 40 Hour Week
We are recruiting an experienced Commercial Plumber to support a large East London NHS estate.
This is a mobile role covering a small area with multiple healthcare sites.
This position suits a mechanicall qualified engineer with strong experience in commercial maintenance and compliance within live environments.
The Role
* Mechanical PPM and reactive maintenance across NHS sites
* Fault finding on plant rooms, water checks, pipework, pumps etc.
* Support statutory compliance and safe systems of work
* Participate in 1 in 6 on-call rota
* Operate within a structured FM contract environment
Requirements
* NVQ Level 2 Plumbing/Mechanical
* Commercial building maintenance experience
* Full UK driving licence

* Up to £45,000 basic salary + Overtime on your Terms
