About the Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Recently Qualified Architect (Part III) to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity for a driven individual at the early stages of their career to contribute to a diverse range of projects while developing their professional skills in a supportive and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the design and delivery of architectural projects across all RIBA work stages
  • Produce high-quality drawings, models, and presentations
  • Support project coordination with consultants, contractors, and clients
  • Prepare planning applications and building regulations submissions
  • Attend site visits and assist with contract administration duties
  • Ensure compliance with UK building regulations and industry standards
  • Contribute to design discussions and studio culture
Requirements
  • ARB registered Architect (or eligible for registration)
  • RIBA Part III qualification (recently completed)
  • Strong design, technical, and presentation skills
  • Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite; knowledge of BIM is desirable)
  • Good understanding of UK planning system and building regulations
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Desirable Skills & Experience
  • Previous experience in a UK-based architectural practice (through Part I/II placements)
  • Experience working on projects in [insert sectors, e.g., residential, commercial, mixed-use]
  • Knowledge of sustainable design principles and environmental standards
  • Familiarity with project management tools and workflows
