Senior Project Manager Construction - Central London

Are you currently working as a Senior Project Manager/Project Lead, with a proven track record of major project delivery (circa £10 million plus).

We currently have a requirement for a Senior Project Manager/Lead, this position is overseeing a large public realm landscaping package in central London (circa £12 million plus).

The company in question are an award winning business with big growth plans, this position would suit someone who wants to work on great projects and grow with the business.

Senior Project Manager/Lead Role Requirements and responsibilities.

* You will currently be working as a Senior Project Manager/Project Lead, with experience managing projects to the value of £10 million plus.

* The project is a public realm scheme, you will oversee a large package to include RC Works, Drainage Works, Lighting and Services, Hard and soft finish, attenuation tanks.

* You will have a strong engineering/Building background, capable of managing large teams of direct reports on site including site and project managers.

* Manage and track job programmes, provide regular updates using Asta Easyplan.

* Track and manage commercial changes/variations.

* Experience of public realm landscaping.

* Site Managers Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS).

* Strong IT skills.

* Black or white CSCS card holder

* NVQ level 6 or 7 in construction management or a relevant qualification.

* Commutable distance to central London and happy to be site based on a daily basis
