Fortis Enterprises delivers home run results to major Energy clients in search of marketing campaigns that reach key audiences. We have now ventured in developing leading campaigns for Inspire Energy.
Our clients within the Technology and Energy industries are looking to expand their customer service divisions for some of the biggest name brands in Clean Energy!
Fortis Enterprises has been experiencing explosive growth and is looking for a talented individual to drive our customer service outreach program. This role is critical because it is our customer’s first impression of Fortis Enterprises.
- Establish strong person to person relationships with customers.
- Energy Marketing Services
- Inform customers of the details and specifications on their project.
- Follow up with New and Past customers to drive referrals and help close new business.
- Work closely with sales department to review client requirements.
- Work closely with our Operations team and understand the complete installation process from beginning to end.
- The right individual will possess extraordinary verbal and written communication skills.
- Be a motivated self-starter that will need minimal supervision.
- Work well within a team and individual atmosphere.
- Entrepreneur spirit who is continuously wanting growth within their profession.
