We are currently looking to add an experience eCommerce Marketing Analyst to be responsible for working with qualitative and quantitative data to derive insights and actionable recommendations for our clients. The Analyst will also be responsible for defining and reporting on key metrics, analyzing data from various sources and tools, and proactively providing insights. Additionally, the Analyst will review existing research and historical performance to create guidelines to ensure our marketing efforts are effective and aligned with business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in eCommerce, a proven track record of data-driven decision making, an aptitude for analytical thinking, and the ability to think strategically.
Responsibilities:
Manage client dashboard reporting needs, with a focus on providing well-thought-out insights and analyses
Prioritize ad-hoc data requests and troubleshooting for our internal team members
Collaborate on client measurement plans including KPIs and benchmarks
Partake in on-going implementation of website optimizations
Present key findings and marketing deliverables to both internal and external clients
Aid in the creation and execution of "test and learns"
Stay up-to-date with digital marketing trends and best practices
Learn the latest digital marketing platforms/tools
Requirements
2-3 years of work experience in digital marketing/media or relevant experience
Ability to conduct critical analysis and identify key insights
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel is a must
General knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Google AdWords and core social media platforms such as Facebook
Strong written, verbal and visual communication skills
Proactive and self-motivated
Passion for learning and growth
Excellent problem-solving skills
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Ability to multitask, prioritize and perform under tight deadlines
Certifications/qualifications in Analytics, AdWords or other key marketing platforms is a plus
Knowledge of SQL and Databases are a plus
