Palace Fields Primary School is seeking a committed and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join our team on a supply basis through the Trust's support register, starting from 16th April.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled HLTA to support teaching and learning across the school, working closely with class teachers to deliver high-quality education and help pupils reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver planned lessons and learning activities in the absence of the class teacher
Support pupils across a range of abilities, including those with additional needs
Assist with planning, preparation, and assessment of learning
Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Work collaboratively with staff to support pupil progress and wellbeing
The Ideal Candidate Will:

Hold HLTA status or equivalent qualification/experience
Have experience working in a primary school setting
Demonstrate strong behaviour management skills
Be flexible, reliable, and proactive
Have a passion for supporting children's learning and development
