Architectural Technician Wanted for a well-established Civils and Engineering Company in Southampton

We are looking for an architectural technician to join our building surveyor to focus on D&B projects, typically taking a client issued RIBA stage 2/3 design and developing this through to stage 4 for approval and then completion. They have clients such as Mitie and BAE who work in the security and aerospace company and is the biggest manufacturer as of 2017.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A relevant degree or qualification in architectural technology, civil engineering or related field or 5+ years' experience.
* A minimum of 2 years of experience as an architectural technician in civils and engineering
* A proficient knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp and other CAD software and BIM tools
* A good understanding of building regulations, codes and standards
* A strong attention to detail and accuracy
* A creative and problem-solving mindset
* A good communication and teamwork skills
