If so, the AMZL EU Operations Integration team is looking for a Principal Program Manager to manage large-scale programs that improve the customer experience, build new models and find ways to positively surprise our customers with our Last Mile services.
As a Principal Program Manager, you will be responsible for the implementation and on-going operations management of the next Last Mile generation within Amazon Logistics.
Programs will involve various areas of focus once a shipment is out for delivery, including new delivery capabilities, driver model considerations, operational tool enhancements and delivery experience.
You will mainly be leading the Operation integration of key products that delivery companies use to manage their operation and deliver for Amazon.
In order to be successful in this position, you need to be comfortable interfacing and driving various functional teams and individuals at all levels of the organization.
You will have a proven track record in taking on end-to-end ownership and successfully delivering results in a fast-paced and dynamic business environment.

Some of the key job functions of the Principal Program Manager are: # Leads and controls the roadmap of the assigned program.
Possesses a broad operations and technical background, and has the ability to “roll up their sleeves” and jump in and drive resolution.
# Comfortable in different roles, sometimes supporting, sometimes leading.
# Is capable of taking accountability and driving planning, resolution and execution.
# Responsible for delivering the key metrics – program performance, program growth, on-time execution and launches.
# Prepares and executes regular program updates to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
The ideal candidate for this role will be able to demonstrate Operational Excellence and: # Work very closely with Product teams in order to understand product fit with EU marketplaces and/or customer expectations, identify potential benefits for the business, and prioritize projects within Roadmap.
# Develop and execute weekly and monthly action plans to deliver programs as per Roadmap.
# Create, maintain and disseminate project information to stakeholders and senior management using common knowledge platforms.
# Drive best practices with a focus on outcomes for our customers.
You will identify and own EU initiatives that will continue to optimize our highly customer focused operational teams.
You will have relentlessly high performance standards that you will drive continuous improvement across the business.
# Interact with stakeholders at multiple levels and dynamically lead business and operational teams to define and deploy new products.
# Identify and analyze data to isolate issues, develop solutions and prioritize opportunities for customer experience improvements.
# Remain flexible to changing priorities, open to new ideas and multitasking.
Principal Program Manager basic Qualifications: # Bachelor’s degree or higher.
# This leader has experience leading and interacting with cross-functional teams.
# Experience in complex program management, and implementation with proven ability to design workable solutions and drive projects to successful implementation.
# Experience coordinating complex program development cycles.
# Strong analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to use data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, and drive actions.
# Demonstrated ability to understand and discuss technical concepts, manage trade-offs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with internal and external partners.
Principal Program Manager preferred Qualifications: # MBA or Master’s Degree in a related field.
# International experience in a FMCG or retail environment optimizing warehouse and supply chain solutions.
# Experience developing AI and Machine Learning based solutions.
# Experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Salesforce, Power BI.
