About the Role

We are seeking experienced and adaptable District/HIU Engineers to join a growing team working across residential and commercial projects. Key Responsibilities

Install and maintain heating systems, including boilers, radiators, and pipework, in line with design specifications.
Ensure a clean, safe, and compliant work environment.
Diagnose and repair faults in heating systems, HIUs, controls, and associated pipework.
Conduct routine system checks and preventative maintenance.
Interact professionally with clients and residents, providing clear communication and excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used.

Requirements

Proven experience in heating systems and/or HIU engineering.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
Reliable, self-motivated, and able to manage time effectively.
Commitment to safety and compliance.
Ability to maintain accurate documentation and stay current with industry standards.

Desirable Qualifications

NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in a relevant trade.
Previous supervisory or team leadership experience.
