We are excited to share with you a new opportunity for a Lead Operations Manager with ultimate responsibility for CRM design decisions to deliver a widely adopted tool to meet the needs of the business. In this role you will engage with key stakeholders and users to understand the priorities and drive on-going value to the business in addition to on-going adoption and utilization of the tool. There will also be oversight of defining the on-going solution roadmap: matching the needs of the business to new functionality and internal resource capacity for design and development.
There will be opportunities to leverage the CRM to improve and streamline business processes providing insights about our business and clients in addition to continuously leveraging new AI applications to provide insights and proactive alerting to client relationship owners. You will also work with other platform solution owners to identify and appropriately manage design requests with cross solution impacts and lead workstreams co-facilitate governance groups and change management efforts.Qualifications Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Health Care or related field or equivalent relevant work experience
- At least 9 years of Business process development or improvement work experience
- Residing in the Kansas City metro area
- Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulations
- Work in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies
