1st/2nd Line IT Support - St Albans

We’re looking to speak with an experienced 1st / 2nd Line IT Support Engineer to work onsite in St Albans. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a customer facing role and enjoys solving problems.

You’ll be the face of IT support - responding to tickets, resolving hardware/software issues, setting up devices, and supporting end users. You'll also help manage IT assets and assist with system updates and projects.

What we’re looking for:

• Previous experience in a 1st/2nd line support role
• Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Microsoft 365
• Confident troubleshooting devices
• Excellent communication skills with a proactive, customer-first mindset
• Full driving licence essential
