�? What You’ll Be Doing - Delivering a customer-focused Hard FM and Fabric Maintenance service across a diverse and historic estate
- Leading engineers and contractors to ensure safe, compliant, and high-quality mechanical, electrical, BMS, and building fabric services
- Driving innovation, sustainability, and energy efficiency across the campus
- Managing risk registers, compliance documentation, and business continuity planning
- Overseeing budgets, accruals, and financial planning with a focus on value for money
- Collaborating with Campus Operations and Asset Improvement teams to ensure a seamless, one-team approach
- Ensuring your team is trained, competent, and continuously upskilled
- Promoting environmental responsibility through sustainable management practices
?? What You Bring Essential:
- HND/HNC in Building Services
- NEBOSH certification
- GCSEs (A–C) in English and Maths (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and reporting skills
- Proficiency in Excel and general IT literacy
- In-depth knowledge of health & safety legislation
- Extensive managerial and budgetary experience
- Proven leadership and team development skills
Desirable:
- Degree in Engineering or Facilities Management
- Experience in critical engineering environments
