Job Opportunity: Full-Time SEND Teaching Assistant in Oldham

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to join our dynamic team on a full-time basis in Oldham. This rewarding role involves providing crucial support to children with SEN, helping them to access the curriculum and reach their full potential.

Key Requirements:

Valid child-based DBS on the Update Service
Experience working in a primary school setting
Passion for supporting children with SEN
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively with teachers and other staff members
Patience, empathy, and a positive attitudeResponsibilities:

Providing one-to-one support to children with SEN, both inside and outside the classroom
Assisting with the implementation of individual education plans (IEPs) and behaviour plans
Supporting children with their social, emotional, and academic development
Collaborating with teachers to create inclusive learning environments
