As a Peripatetic Manager, your responsibilities will include:

• Assuming responsibility for care homes that temporarily have no Manager
• Providing operational help for senior management
• Ensuring the home complies with all relevant legislation and registration requirements.
• Running the home to meet business objectives, including control of budgets and economic viability.
• Embracing new business from enquiring residents and building relationships with the local community
• Managing the recruitment, performance, and development of quality staff

The ideal Peripatetic Manager will have:

• Previous Management experience in a residential and/or nursing setting from a minimum of two different care homes
• Excellent operational management experience
• A valid NMC PIN
• A current driving license and the ability to travel extensively.
