The Quality Control Supervisor, under general direction, will be required to plan, organize, direct and evaluate the routine
activities of the Quality Control staff and laboratory functions to ensure the safety and reliability of products produced in compliance
with RFI Quality and various regulatory requirements.
Other duties managing lab personnel's attendance, discipline, performance appraisal, reviewing data and problem solving for the
following analyses including but not limited to: Microbiology (TEMPO, miniVIDAS, Petri Film, HPLC, HPTLC, UPLC, UV/Vis,
FTIR, GC, TLC and spectrophotometric cGMP test methods that meet FDA requirements.
The Quality Control Supervisor candidate will also be involved in analytical or microbiological
methods development, design preventive maintenance program for analytical and micro
instrument, method validation, method transfer, SOP preparation and routine
testing for incoming, in-process, release and stability testing on finished
product, critical reagents and raw materials, as needed.
· MS/MA in Chemistry, Microbiology or related field and 5-12 years of QC experience
· Minimum 3 years of managing experience
· Excellent management and communication skills.
·Ability to work in a fast-paced multitasking environment
· Proficient with cGMP , GLP, quality control procedures, and standard operating procedures
