Conveyancing Fee Earner / Solicitor – Carlisle

A highly reputable, multi-service law firm is looking to recruit a Conveyancing Fee Earner to join its well-structured Property team in Carlisle.

This is a great opportunity to join a firm with strong internal support, allowing you to focus on quality fee-earning work.

The Role:

• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload (Sales & Purchases)
• Handle Freehold & Leasehold matters
• Carry out title checks, reports on title and deal with enquiries
• Manage the process from inception to completion

The Package:

• £35,000 – £45,000 DOE
• Bonus structure - up to £10,000 per annum
• 25 days holiday + bank holidays
• Hybrid working
• Support from a new business & post-completion team
• Dedicated Paralegal – 1 paralegal supporting 2 fee earners
• LEAP case management system
• Dog-friendly office

The Candidate:

• Solicitor, CILEX or CLC qualified or experienced fee earner
• Able to manage files independently including Freehold, Leasehold, Sale, Purchase, New Build etc.
• Strong technical and organisational skills
