Injection Mould Setter / Tooling Technician

A well-established manufacturer is looking for an experienced Injection Mould Setter to join their modern toolroom. This hands-on role is ideal for someone with strong mould-setting skills and a practical approach to supporting production and tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely mount, dismount, and set injection mould tools

*

Operate Arburg and/or Demag moulding machines

*

Carry out tool changes, process set-ups, and machine maintenance

*

Support tool trials, first-off approvals, and quality checks

*

Modify, maintain, and prepare mould tools for production

*

Liaise with customers and suppliers as needed

Requirements:

*

Proven injection mould setting experience

*

Knowledge of Arburg/Demag machines

*

Understanding of materials and moulding processes

*

Able to work to deadlines without compromising safety or quality

*

Strong communicator and team player
