Private Client Legal Secretary – Dalry

A long-established legal practice with strong roots across Ayrshire and the South West of Scotland is expanding its Private Client support team. We are seeking an experienced Legal Secretary to join our Dalry office and provide high-quality support to solicitors handling a varied caseload of executries and wider Private Client matters.

The Role

Working within an established, well-supported Private Client team, you will assist in the administration and progression of executry files and other Private Client work. You will work directly under the guidance of a senior solicitor based in our Dalry office.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing secretarial and administrative support to Private Client solicitors
• Assisting with executry administration and document preparation
• Handling client enquiries in a professional, friendly manner
• Managing correspondence, file organisation and diary scheduling
• Ensuring accuracy, confidentiality and excellent client service at all times

About You

We are seeking a confident, approachable individual with experience supporting a Private Client or executry caseload. Strong communication, organisation and attention to detail are essential.
