About the School
This is a relatively new secondary school for boys aged 11 to 18, which opened in 2019 and was rated ‘Outstanding’ in all areas by Ofsted during its first inspection in 2024. The school has a faith-based ethos but welcomes pupils of all faiths and none. It offers a leadership-focused curriculum and continues to grow year by year with new Year 7 intakes.
The school is known for its excellence in all aspects of education. It delivers a knowledge-rich academic curriculum alongside a dynamic leadership programme that builds character and encourages social and charitable engagement. Who We’re Looking For
We’re seeking an exceptional teacher with a strong track record of raising pupil outcomes. You’ll be joining a high-performing and supportive network of schools, working alongside some of the most talented educators in the sector.
The ideal candidate will be passionate about teaching, committed to achieving the best outcomes for pupils, and capable of inspiring a love of learning. You’ll be a team player with excellent organisational skills and the ability to motivate both students and colleagues.
You Will Have:
- A degree-level qualification and Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- The ability to teach to GCSE level
- A history of delivering strong academic results
- Creativity and innovation in your teaching approach
