Location: Manchester City Centre (Ancoats/Northern Quarter)
Salary: £25,000 base + uncapped commission (OTE: £50,000-£75,000+)

What You'll Be Doing:
  • Proactively identify and generate new business leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn

  • Build strong relationships with decision-makers in marketing, media, and sponsorship

  • Understand client needs and pitch tailored advertising and sponsorship solutions

  • Manage your pipeline using our CRM system and consistently hit activity and revenue targets

  • Work as part of a dynamic sales team focused on growth and results

What We're Looking For:
  • 6-12 months+ of B2B sales experience

  • A confident communicator with the ability to influence and close deals

  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to earn high commissions

  • Someone who thrives in a competitive, target-driven sales environment

  • Passion for business development and professional growth
