A small, quality-focused dental laboratory in London is looking to welcome an experienced Dental Technician (Manager / Ceramics) to join their close-knit team.

This role is ideal for a technician who takes pride in craftsmanship, values strong professional relationships, and enjoys working directly with dentists and clients.

• Ceramic work including crowns, bridges, veneers, and aesthetic restorations
• Direct communication with dentists and clients regarding cases, expectations, and outcomes
• Managing your own workload and deadlines to a high standard
• Contributing to case planning and problem-solving
• Supporting the smooth day-to-day running of the lab

• Proven experience as a dental technician with strong ceramic skills
• Confident communicating directly with dentists and clients
• Organised and self-motivated, able to manage your own cases and workflow
• Ideally some managerial or supervisory experience, or at least experience managing your own client base
• Detail-oriented with a strong aesthetic eye
• Professional, reliable, and team-focused
