We are currently recruiting on behalf of progressive arable farming company location near Kings Lynn, due to their growth and development they are seeking to employ a Skilled Farm Worker to start asap.

Permanent role

£14 per hour plus time and a half after 39 hours basic.

Requirements for the role.

* Competent and experienced tractor driver

* Telehandler and/or loading shovel certificates.

* Pa1 and Pa2 certificates.

* Experienced with drill applications.

* Experienced with Fertiliser applications.

* Experienced with cultivations.

* Root crop harvesting would be advantageous.

* Workshop skills

* Attention to detail, self-disciplined and a person who takes pride in their work.

* Individual must have a passion for farming and a willingness to complete tasks to a reasonable standard.

This role is quite varied, and the applicant must realise their duties are not limited to the above

The company is a progressive arable farm growing a variety of combinable, forage and root crops. The candidate should have accurate record keeping skills, good communication skills and be able to work on their own and as part of a team.

As part of the wider aspect of farming there will be a hands-on approach to build on the environmental schemes for the farm, which include hedge planting and maintenance.
