Leadership Experience

Engineering qualification (NVQ Level 3 or above)
Experience working within a manufacturing environment
Requirements for the Engineering Supervisor:

Previous experience working in the UK
Experience on reactive and planned maintenance 
Demonstrated success in driving continuous improvement initiatives
