Resident Maintenance Engineer
Burton-on-Trent
£32 - £33,000 per annum

Permanent static role for a fabric/building maintenance engineer at a prestigious site in Burton-On-Trent.  We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to work as part of a team to effectively deliver planed and reactive maintenance to the building, working days Monday - Friday.

Your main duties will include:

Painting and decorating
Replacement of floor tiles
Minor plumbing such as leaks, taps, toilets
Basic electrical maintenance such as lamp changes, emergency light tests
Maintenance of the pool plant
Ensure all work is carried out within H&S requirements. 
The ideal candidate will have:

Formal trade qualification (City and Guilds or NVQ) in a trade such as plumbing, carpentry, electrical etc.
Ability to use internal IT systems and communicate effectively using (Microsoft 365)·       
Friendly & approachable nature with great communication skills.On offer is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £32 - £33,000 per annum, 23 days annual leave plus stats, and opportunity to boost earnings via call out and overtime.
