Salary: £24,500 - £26,500
Contract: Full-time, Permanent
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am - 4:30pm

About the Role We're working with a well-established training provider that's passionate about helping young people achieve their potential. You'll play a key part in supporting learners aged 16-19 on their personal and professional journeys -building confidence, employability skills, and qualifications that open doors for their future.

What You'll Be Doing
Deliver engaging and supportive learning sessions tailored to individual needs

Design creative lesson plans using varied teaching methods to keep learners motivated

Support learners to achieve their qualifications to a high standard and within set timeframes

Encourage personal growth, confidence, and employability readiness

Maintain accurate progress records and work collaboratively with colleagues to support learner success

What We're Looking For
Experience working as a tutor, coach, or mentor with young people

Understanding of supporting NEET (Not in Education, Employment or Training) learners

Minimum Level 3 qualification or equivalent

GCSE Grade C / Level 5 or above in English and Maths

A positive, engaging, and encouraging approach with a genuine passion for helping others succeed
