Seeking a Project Payroll (Dayforce) specialist to come in and assist with a wider company (Retail) payroll transformation journey. This is a 6-month, rolling, remote specialist role!

Project Payroll (Dayforce)

Payroll Reporting

Develop, validate, and maintain payroll reports within Dayforce.
Analyse payroll data for accuracy, compliance, and trend insights.
Support audit requirements by producing timely and accurate payroll outputs.
Parallel Running

Execute and compare Dayforce parallel payroll runs against legacy system outputs.
Identify discrepancies, analyse variances, and support resolution of issues.
Document findings and ensure payroll accuracy prior to go‑live.
System Uploads

Prepare and validate bulk data uploads into Dayforce (employee data, pay components, timesheets, etc.).
Ensure data integrity by performing pre‑ and post‑upload quality checks.
Collaborate with technical teams to troubleshoot upload errors or formatting issues.

Profile

Project Payroll (Dayforce)

Immediately available or on short notice
Payroll discrepancy spotting exposure
Experience with parallel runs, uploads and managing multiple work-streams
Strong communicator, organised and deadline driven
Respond well to change and project requirements
Work well with multiple departments - HR, Finance and the wider team
Happy for an interim contract (minimum 6 months)
Dayforce payroll exposure is ESSENTIAL
Strong proficiency in bulk data prep (Excel, CSV's etc.)Job Offer
