Facilities Manager

BCR/JC/32018aTamworth/ Birmingham £45,000 - £55,000 p/a DoEBell Cornwall Recruitment are delighted to be recruiting for a Facilities Manager, working for a national property management company. This role requires 3 days on site in Tamworth and 2 days in the Birmingham office, or roaming around 10-20 sites within Birmingham.

The Facilities Manager role:

Duties include but are not limited to:

• Responsibility for all hard FM services.
• Managing relationships with tenants on a large commercial site
• Ensure pre-planned and reactive maintenance work is carried out on common areas in a timely manner
• Liaise with contractors and landscapers
• Manage security provision on-site
• First point of contact for all tenants

The successful individual will have:

• MUST have 3 years' experience within a similar role
• EXCEPTIONAL communication skills
• IOSH, NEBOSH certified
• MUST drive as there will be times where site visits are required
