Junior Court of Protection Paralegal

Salary: £24,000+

Hours: Full-time

Working Model: Hybrid (50/50) after initial training period

We are currently recruiting for a Junior Court of Protection Paralegal to join our dedicated Court of Protection Academy. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a long-term career in Court of Protection work, with full training and structured development provided.

About the Role

This position is ideal for someone looking to enter or progress within the legal profession. While experience within a law firm is preferred, previous Court of Protection experience is not required, as full training will be provided through:

• Internal training plans
• External accreditation
• Ongoing development into a fully trained Court of Protection Paralegal

Who We’re Looking For

• Candidates with general legal experience
• CILEX students or equivalent experienced paralegals seeking to move into a new area of law
• Individuals looking for a new challenge within a supportive and specialist team

You’ll need strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a genuine interest in developing expertise in Court of Protection work.
