Location: South (Essex-Northampton-Oxford-Wiltshire-Hampshire-Greater London area)

Remuneration: £45,000 - £55,000neg + Uncapped Commission

The role of the Area Sales Manager - Cladding Systems will involve:

* Field sales position, selling a manufactured range of premium stone cladding systems

* 80% of your time selling into independent builders merchants and buying group members

* 15% selling direct to contractor/ installers and end users and 5% presenting CPDs to architects

* Inhering an area with a turnover of circa £180,000

* Tasked with growing the area to £350,000 year One

* Projects from boutique developments to landmark architectural practises

* Leading product presentations and site visits with end users

* Occasional overnight stays may be required

The ideal applicant will be an Area Sales Manager - Cladding Systems with:

* Construction field sales experience

* Ideally sold heavyside building materials

* Specific cladding product knowledge is not required

* Must have sold into independent builders merchants or buying group members

* Ideally with the commercial acumen to present CPDs to architects

* Experience of having sold into contractors or end users may be useful

* Highly organised and tech savvy
