Are you passionate about empowering women and supporting them to rebuild their lives? We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Project Worker to join our dedicated team, providing care and support to women experiencing homelessness, many of whom may have experienced trauma, exploitation, or involvement in prostitution.

This is a vital, hands-on role where you'll help women access safe accommodation, develop life skills, and work towards stability, independence, and recovery.

Your Role Will Include:

Providing emotional and practical support to women with complex needs

Creating a safe, non-judgemental, and empowering environment

Supporting access to housing, healthcare, and other key services

Developing support plans and risk assessments tailored to individual needs

Working collaboratively with other professionals and agencies

What We're Looking For:

Experience working in a similar role or with vulnerable women is highly desirable

A trauma-informed and non-judgemental approach

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Understanding of issues surrounding homelessness, substance use, and sexual exploitation

Flexibility to work a range of shifts, including evenings and weekends
