Management Accountant - Based in London - c£50,000 p.a. + Benefits

Are you an experienced Management Accountant looking for a fresh challenge in a fast-paced, creative environment?

Working closely with the Senior Finance team, you’ll take ownership of the end-to-end management accounts process, delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, insightful analysis, and meaningful commentary that supports decision-making across the business.

You’ll be responsible for preparing monthly management accounts, leading on variance analysis, budgeting and forecasting, and driving improvements in reporting, systems and processes. You’ll also manage key balance sheet reconciliations and work closely with operational teams to support commercial performance and financial control.

This role will suit a confident, proactive individual with a strong technical grounding and commercial awareness. You’ll have a track record of producing full management accounts, along with excellent Excel skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate financial information to non-finance stakeholders.

Strong IT and analytical skills are essential, along with a collaborative, solutions-focused mindset.
