Warehouse Operative – Brackmills, Northampton

Join a busy, friendly team in Brackmills! We’re looking for Warehouse Operatives who are reliable, proactive, and ready to hit the ground running.

What you’ll do:

• Pick, pack, and despatch orders accurately
• Use PDA devices for picking and booking goods
• Process orders following client instructions
• Keep the warehouse clean and organised
• Report any risks or product issues immediately
• Monitor stock of packaging and materials
• Help improve processes and meet performance targets
• Pack and dispatch orders, select carriers, and produce shipping labels
• Follow all health and safety procedures
