About the RoleWe’re seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced logistics environment. This role involves managing customer accounts and ensuring smooth coordination of transport orders from start to finish. You’ll act as the key point of contact for clients, providing solutions, resolving challenges, and delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full order process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
• Act as the main contact for customers, building strong relationships and delivering outstanding service.
• Resolve issues, implement new transport routes, and provide operational insights.
• Collaborate with internal teams to drive efficiencies and continuous improvement.

• Previous experience in a B2B customer service environment, ideally within logistics or supply chain.
