Temporary Management Accountant – 3 Month Contract

St Albans - Office-Based | 5 Days per Week

£300–£350 per day (DOE)

We are currently seeking an experienced Management Accountant to join a well-established and fast-paced organisation based in St Albans on a 3-month temporary contract.

This is a hands-on, office-based role requiring a proactive finance professional who can hit the ground running and provide crucial support during a busy period.

• Preparation of monthly management accounts
• Accruals, prepayments, and journal postings
• Balance sheet reconciliations
• Variance analysis and commentary
• Assisting with budgeting and forecasting
• Supporting year-end processes and audit preparation
• Business partnering with internal stakeholders

• Fully qualified (ACCA/CIMA/ACA) or qualified by experience
• Proven experience producing full management accounts
• Strong Excel skills
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines
• Available immediately or on short notice
