We have just taken on a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Office Manager to join a private equity firm based in the heart of Soho.

They have 90 employees in the London office and over fifteen offices worldwide. In this role you will be working alongside a close-knit where everyone is extremely passionate about what they do, who they work for and the mission of the company.

THE ROLE

The ideal candidate must be confident, quick-thinking, with a friendly outgoing personality and a can do attitude. You should have a genuine interest in the business and be motivated by helping the people they work with to succeed. If you like being kept busy then this is the role for you. Your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Day-to-day running of the business
  • General HR duties including payroll, reviews, interviews and sick leave
  • Organising office events
  • Managing a team of 3 receptionists
  • Leading the team of 14 PAs, including events and development 
  • Any other general ad-hoc duties

To be successful for this role you must have previous experience working as an Office Manager within a similar industry.

THE DETAILS

The core hours are 9-6pm and they are looking to pay up a very competitive salary depending on experience alongside a fantastic benefits package. Some of which include:
