Job Title: Conservatory Surveyor
Location: Gloucestershire

Salary: £35,000 to £45,000

We are a specialist recruitment agency working on behalf of our client, a well-established company renowned for their expertise in domestic and commercial conservatories and extensions.

Due to continued growth and a strong order book, our client is now seeking an experienced Conservatory Surveyor to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable business delivering high-quality home improvement projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct site surveys for conservatories, orangeries, and extensions in both domestic and commercial settings

* Accurately measure and assess project requirements, including structural and planning considerations

* Liaise with customers, installers, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery

* Prepare detailed survey reports, drawings, and technical specifications

* Ensure compliance with relevant building regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

* Proven experience in surveying conservatories or similar construction projects

* Strong understanding of building regulations and planning processes

* Excellent attention to detail and measurement accuracy

* Strong communication and customer service skills

* Full UK driving licence (a company vehicle may be provided)
