Office Location: Mansfield

An excellent business development sales role where you will be provided with an extensive database of warm leads; our client has an influx of potential new business that simply needs converting. It is a varied role where you will be given freedom and autonomy to convert sales in a range of styles, telephone, social media, email and occasional customer visits, this role would be best suited to a proactive, well-rounded sales professional. There is ample opportunity to reinvigorate dormant accounts, whilst also upselling to existing active customers.

This role does not require the self-prospecting of leads!

Our client is a manufacturer within the Industrial Sector, in their industry they are recognised as a major player with a reputation that has been built over their 40 years.

This is a new role, which has come about due to recent growth. Until now, they have been able to manage sale/enquiries amongst the Operations Teams, but due to their continual growth are seeking a sales specialist to convert new business and manage existing accounts. With that being said, progression opportunities are untapped, with the long-term aim to have a sales function built around the role as it evolves into a Sales Management/Head of Sales position.

Whilst you get up to speed with product/sales training, this role will be office-based, but once you have earned your stripes, hybrid working will be considered, with the freedom to work from home a couple of days a week.

This role would be best suited to a B2B sales professional, who could be in a role where they are micromanaged within a stagnant role, that is now seeking more autonomy and freedom within their professional career. You do not have to be from a technical sales role, only a proven sales background with a willingness to learn is required.
