Estimator - Immediate Start
Location: Romford | Salary: £30,000-£35,000 | Hours: 8am-5pm

A well-established joinery company is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their office-based team in Romford. The role involves working on projects across the South of England. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong technical skills and a positive, can-do attitude.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate estimates and complete take-offs from plans, elevations, and architectural drawings.
Read and interpret architectural drawings to produce reliable costings.
Liaise with clients and attend meetings as required (occasional travel across the South, including London).
Work independently and collaboratively as part of the wider team.
Use Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word to manage estimates and communications.Requirements:

Minimum of 3 years' experience as a joinery estimator.
Able to work independently and demonstrate a proactive approach.
Comfortable in client-facing situations.
Must live within a commutable distance to Romford.Benefits:
