Key Duties and Responsibilities:
- Coordinating schedules and internal communications with engineers and clients
- Organise and maintain maintenance for machinery and equipment
- Support with order processing and supporting inventory management
- Maintain and accurately update records and in-house database across various platforms
- Streamline and monitor workflows and identify areas for improvement
Skills and Experience required:
- Essential written and verbal communication skills
- Background knowledge with machinery and or equipment
- Experience in scheduling and maintaining records
- Strong Microsoft Office Experience
