Job Title: Residential Conveyancing Secretary / Assistant
Location: Central London
Leading boutique property law firm are looking for a legal secretary / conveyancing assistant to cover a one year contract. The role will require someone fully conversant with residential property files and procedures and is happy to deal with client enquiries.
The team is busy and so it is essential that you have excellent document, secretarial and IT skills as well as a good understanding of all residential property searches. Excellent client skills are also essential as you will be expected to liaise with clients on the fee earners’ behalf. You must be able to use the Land Registry and complete SDLT forms. Ideal opportunity for a legal secretary with a background in residential property, who is available to for a 12 month contract.
