Personpower is proud to be working with a well-established and highly regarded Children's Residential provider based in Clacton on Sea for young people aged between 8 - 17 with emotional and behavioral needs.

The Role

As a Residential Care Worker (Night Wake Support Worker), you will support the Team Leader in the day-to-day running of the home, on a 4 nights on (20:00 - 08:00) and 4 nights off basis. You will lead by example, ensuring the highest standards of care and safeguarding are maintained.

Key Responsibilities

* Support young people with their daily routines, including hobbies and household tasks.

* Provide emotional support and act as a positive role model.

* Maintain accurate records and contribute to care planning.

* Work collaboratively with colleagues.

* Ensure safeguarding and children's welfare remain at the heart of everything you do.

What We Offer

* Competitive hourly rate of £14.50 - £15.50 per hour (circa £31,000 - £33,000 per annum).
