A primary school in Scunthorpe is seeking a committed Teaching Assistant to provide 1:1 support for a child who needs consistency, encouragement and structured guidance to thrive in their learning environment.
Key Requirements- Confident behaviour management ability
- Knowledge and understanding of Autism and ADHD
- Resilient, patient and solution-focused

- Strong communication skills

Role Responsibilities- Delivering tailored 1:1 support throughout lessons and routines
- Supporting emotional regulation, sensory needs and engagement
- Promoting positive behaviour and independence
- Working alongside the class teacher and SENCO
- Creating a supportive, safe and predictable environment
