About the Role:

We are looking for a data-driven guru who has great attention to detail and thrives in a dynamic, hyper-growth environment. Do you have lightning quick and accurate typing skills and impeccable organization? Have you managed smaller teams and fostered their growth and potential? Then apply today!

Responsibilities:

  • Compile information and reports requested by customers, clients and internal teams pertaining to customer accounts
  • Provide support for the Customer Engagement and Client Services teams
  • Process correspondence including mail and faxed documents
  • Handle highly confidential information
  • Detect flaws in data while processing customer and account source documents
  • Operate in accordance with policies and procedures
  • Supervise work flow and coordinate scheduling of all personnel
  • Assist management team with training new employees and ensure all new employees are thoroughly trained in all phases of the job
  • Analyze queue and process management workflow to ensure production and performance goals are met
  • Manage the internal audits, quality checks and report status to upper management
  • Maintain all management system documentation (quality manual, procedures, work instructions, forms and standard work documents) to assure they meet the requirements of the department
  • Effectively communicate corporate department objectives on a regular basis
  • Create a positive working environment to achieve productivity and performance standards.
  • Participate in panel interviews, prepare new hire documentation, help facilitate associate orientation, and participate in the corrective action process (i.e., document performance issues, recommend disciplinary action, etc.)
  • Draft and administer performance improvement plans as needed
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience as a supervisor or manager
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing
  • Strong interpersonal skills, team player
  • Extremely detail-oriented, organized, systematic and accurate
  • Must have strong Microsoft Office skills especially with Excel
  • Experience with data analysis and reporting desired
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
