Harry at Amber Mace has a BRILLIANT opportunity for an experienced manager to join a Luxury Victorian flagship nursing home that has been recently refurbished. Located in the leafy suburbs of Surrey. The home is currently looking for an experienced manager to oversee the daily workings of it two luxury services.

My client is looking for someone who can truly hit the ground running - this is an exceptional opportunity for an enthusiastic and experienced Nursing Home Manager, with a focus on Hospitality & Marketing, to join the team at a first-class nursing home and residencies.

Responsibilities:

* Marketing the home and ensuring occupancy

* Recruitment, induction and training of staff

* Ensuring CQC compliance

* Developing links with local authorities and other outside organisations

* Deliver excellent person-centred care and oversee all safeguarding issues

Requirements

* Has a strong understanding of CQC legislation - worked in Good or/and Oustanding Nursing home. Understand what it takes to operate at that level

* Proven registered manager experience

* Strong Hospitality, Marketing and Budgeting experience.

* Has a true passion for care and takes a 'hands on' approach

* Drives and Access to car
